The CCL 15-005 is a positive brass battery terminal designed for reliable electrical connection in automotive, commercial vehicle, and general 12-volt applications. Constructed from solid brass with a tin (Sn) coating, it accepts cables up to 10mm in diameter through its cable entry hole.
The brass construction provides inherent resistance to corrosion, whilst the tin coating adds a further layer of protection against oxidation at the terminal contact surface. These material choices are well-suited to the demanding underbonnet environment, where terminals are exposed to moisture, vibration, and temperature variation.
The 10mm cable entry hole accommodates standard battery cable sizes used across a wide range of vehicles and machinery. The positive terminal designation ensures correct polarity identification during installation.
A companion negative terminal, the CCL 15-006, is available separately for applications requiring a matched pair.
This product is supplied as a single positive terminal. The CCL 15-005 carries a 12-month warranty.
