The Metrol 1401-013-316 is a stainless steel 316 quarter turn lock fitted with a double bit 3mm keyway and an 18mm barrel height, designed for secure panel and enclosure fastening in demanding environments. With a polished finish and IP65 ingress protection, it is well suited to applications where moisture and dust resistance are critical requirements.
The lock accepts a 20.1 x 20.1 mm panel cutout and is compatible with panel thicknesses from 1 mm to 8 mm, giving it a practical range across sheet metal, GRP, and composite enclosure panels. The stainless steel 316 construction offers corrosion resistance suited to marine, food-processing, and outdoor industrial environments. The polished finish is consistent with the wider 1401 series aesthetic.
The fitted cam is sold separately, and a choice of cams is available to suit differing throw and panel-depth requirements. The 1401-013-316 is part of the Metrol 1401 series, which is also available in zinc die-cast, PA plastic, and stainless steel 304 variants.
