A. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns are available only for UK-delivered orders and must include proof of purchase.
Before returning an item, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). You may also be asked to share images of the product and its packaging for verification.
