The Sealey AHFC1038 solves this with a high-visibility 10-metre air hose that lies flat and stays flat, thanks to its no-memory-effect construction. Manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 5774, the hose features a high-grade TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) inner tube with a reinforced PVC outer coating that remains flexible even in low temperatures so it won't stiffen and crack in a cold workshop or on site. The 10mm (3/8") bore delivers a strong airflow, and both ends are fitted with 1/4"BSP male unions for a secure connection to standard compressor equipment. Bend restrictors at each fitting reduce stress on the hose at the join, preventing the early hose failure that comes from repeated flexing at that point. The silicone-free construction makes this hose safe for use in the bodyshop, where silicone contamination can ruin paint finishes. The high-visibility colour keeps the hose easy to spot across a busy workshop floor, reducing the risk of trips and snags.
