The Draper Expert bearing insertion and removal kit addresses this by providing a comprehensive system of matched adaptor rings and fine thread puller bars that distribute load evenly across the bearing face, reducing the risk of misalignment or component damage during the operation. The kit comprises 22 adaptor rings spanning a range from 34mm x 44mm through to 80mm x 90mm, covering a wide spectrum of bearing sizes commonly encountered in automotive and light industrial applications. Five fine thread pulling spindles are supplied in M10, M12, M14, M16, and M18 thread sizes, each fitted with thrust bearing hex-nut ends that ensure smooth, controlled load application without galling the thread under tension. The system is suited for use with normal bearings, silent bearings, hydraulic bearings, rubber bearings, bearing bushes, and shaft seals, making it a versatile addition to any professional workshop. All components are presented in a blow mould carrying case with a display sleeve, keeping the full set organised and protected between tasks. Compatible with Draper extraction kits 59123 and 30816, the kit provides a controlled and repeatable approach to bearing service work.
