Product Number: 22403
Maintaining neat lawn edges and well-shaped hedges often demands switching between dedicated tools, adding time and effort to routine garden work. The Draper 22403 7.2V cordless grass and hedge shear kit addresses this with a single 2-in-1 tool that accepts interchangeable blades for both grass cutting and hedge shearing, removing the need for multiple battery-powered devices. The tool-free blade change feature allows quick swapping between the 100mm grass trimming blade and the 190mm hedge trimmer blade, so transitions between tasks are straightforward. A safety trigger prevents accidental activation during use and handling, and the lightweight, compact form factor — at just 0.56kg — reduces fatigue during extended trimming sessions. Power comes from a rechargeable 1.3Ah Li-ion battery operating at 7.2V DC, delivering up to one hour of run time per charge. The battery recharges in 3 to 5 hours using the supplied charger. The grass shear blade has a cutting capacity of 8mm, suited to lawn edge tidying following mowing and routine hedge maintenance. The kit is supplied complete as four pieces: one grass trimming blade, one hedge shear blade, one Li-ion battery, and one charger. Everything required to begin work is included in the box, with no additional purchases needed to get started.
