The revolutionary mesh base is constructed from aluminium oxide resin-bonded to a mesh substrate, a design that allows sanding debris to pass through the mesh rather than accumulate on the surface. This keeps the abrasive cutting freely and enables highly efficient dust extraction without the need to align dedicated dust extraction holes. The mesh construction delivers exceptional durability, maintaining performance up to 10 times longer than conventional sanding discs. Hook and loop backing means discs can be changed quickly and easily, reducing downtime between grits. The assorted pack contains 80G, 120G, 180G and 240G grades across 10 discs, providing a complete progression from material removal through to fine finishing. Suitable for sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers, these discs are compatible with all 150mm random orbital sanders fitted with a hook and loop backing pad.
