Each sheet is fabricated from premium quality aluminium oxide abrasive, resin bonded to the backing to deliver improved grain adhesion, anti-static qualities, and long-lasting performance. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper adds durability, enabling the sheets to withstand the toughest jobs without premature breakdown. Twelve pre-punched 6mm holes are positioned to improve dust extraction during use, keeping the work surface cleaner and the abrasive cutting more freely. The hook and loop backing offers decent adhesion to the sanding pad whilst facilitating the fast changing of sheets between tasks — a practical advantage on high-throughput workshop jobs. At 80 grit, these sheets are suited to sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic, and fillers.
