A combination sharpening stone with both fine and medium grades on opposite faces is the practical workshop choice - one stone covers chisel and plane-iron sharpening from rough re-grind through to a working edge without swapping stones. The Sealey SCSS2 is a combination silicone-carbide sharpening stone with fine and medium grades, supplied in a plastic case with pre-cut holes in the base to secure the stone during use. The case keeps the stone clean and oil-loaded between sessions, and allows safe and easy use without the stone slipping on the bench. Stone dimensions: 202 x 50 x 25mm. Case dimensions: 210 x 57 x 30mm. Suitable for chisels, plane irons, knives, scissors and any other small hand tool taking a sharpened edge. Use with light honing oil or water depending on user preference and tool type. Backed by Sealey's guarantee in addition to your statutory rights.
