Product Number: AA5111-PK5
This pack contains five identical PCL AA5111 adaptors, supplied together to fit a set of air tools and hoses or keep spares on the shelf in one order.
Airline hose connections that do not match the fitting bore cause air leaks and restrict flow. The PCL AA5111 is an InstantAir series hose tailpiece adaptor designed to accept 7.9 mm (5/16 in) internal-diameter hose, referenced in the PCL product catalogue as PT8802/SU5.
The InstantAir range carries a series bore of 5.6 mm and is rated to a maximum working pressure of 17 bar (250 psi) with a flow capacity of 54 cfm at 100 psi. The operating temperature range for the series is -20°C to 80°C, making these adaptors suitable for workshop compressed-air installations where temperature and pressure demands are firmly within industrial norms.
As a hose tailpiece, the AA5111 connects the InstantAir coupling body to the airline hose, creating a secure, air-tight termination. Correct hose tailpiece selection — matched to the 7.9 mm (5/16 in) hose bore — is essential for leak-free performance within a PCL InstantAir airline assembly.
PCL airline fittings are manufactured in Sheffield and have been produced since 1938. The AA5111 is part of the HORNGROUP family of products.
