Sized at 9mm closed diameter with a 6.6mm hole for an M6 bolt, the PCZH9BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
Heavily zinc plated over mild steel with the plating applied after cutting, it is the everyday fixing for engine bays, chassis runs and workshop pipework in non-corrosive conditions; for persistently wet or salty duty the dimensionally identical stainless version is the straight swap. With the TPE160 liner rated to +160C, it is the version to specify where heat builds - engine compartments, exhaust-adjacent runs and hot plant.
Also available - the standard liner version (PCZR9BG); the 304 stainless version (PCSH9BG); the 8mm size (PCZH8BG); the 10mm size (PCZH10BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.

A. Its closed diameter is 9mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request. That is approximately 3/8 in, if you work in imperial.
