Neat, fixed, cushioned routing is what separates a tidy installation from a comeback job.
The PCZR9BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 9mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M6 fixing hole (6.6mm). The standard TPE liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -30C to +60C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
Heavily zinc plated over mild steel with the plating applied after cutting, it is the everyday fixing for engine bays, chassis runs and workshop pipework in non-corrosive conditions; for persistently wet or salty duty the dimensionally identical stainless version is the straight swap. The standard liner's -30C to +60C rating covers general routing duty; where temperatures climb higher, the dimensionally identical high-temperature version takes over. Stores tip: label the bin with the closed diameter (9mm) and bolt size together.
Also available - the high-temperature liner version (PCZH9BG); the 304 stainless version (PCSR9BG); the 8mm size (PCZR8BG); the 10mm size (PCZR10BG).

A. Its closed diameter is 9mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request. That is approximately 3/8 in, if you work in imperial.
A. The standard TPE liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -30C to +60C.
A. Check your service temperature: the standard black TPE liner is rated -30C to +60C, while the grey TPE160 high-temperature liner is rated -50C to +160C. For engine bays and hot environments specify the high-temperature version.
A. No - fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied. The clip has a 6.6mm hole to suit an M6 bolt.
A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
