Routing a hose or loom is only half the job; keeping it fixed, cushioned and off sharp edges is the other half.
JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PNSH8BG carries that specification at 8mm closed diameter: a TPE160 high-temperature liner rated -50C to +160C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through an 8.8mm M8 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M8 hardware.
Specified with the heavier M8 fixing, this range pairs the 304 stainless band (18/8, EN 1.4301) with the TPE160 liner as standard - the combination for hot, wet or exposed runs where both the fixing load and the environment are demanding. Zinc and stainless are made to identical dimensions, so material is a free choice at the same mounting.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PNZH8BG); the 6mm size (PNSH6BG); the 10mm size (PNSH10BG).

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 8mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 8mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 5/16 in, if you work in imperial.

A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
