The cheapest insurance on any pipe run is the clip that stops it moving.
The PCZR28BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 28mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M6 fixing hole (6.6mm). The standard TPE liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -30C to +60C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
The band is mild steel, heavily electro zinc plated on every surface - JCS plates after cutting, so even the cut edges are coated - making it the general purpose choice for indoor, automotive and light industrial routing. Dimensions are identical to the stainless version if the environment later demands an upgrade. The standard liner's -30C to +60C rating covers general routing duty; where temperatures climb higher, the dimensionally identical high-temperature version takes over. For mixed runs, note that the 28mm size shares its fixing dimensions with its material twin.
Also available - the high-temperature liner version (PCZH28BG); the 304 stainless version (PCSR28BG); the 25mm size (PCZR25BG); the 29mm size (PCZR29BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 28mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 28mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request.

A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
A. Yes - JCS P-clips are designed for fixing pipes, hoses and cables, with the lined band protecting a cable sheath - armoured or otherwise - from chafing while absorbing vibration. Match the closed diameter to the cable's outside diameter.
