A cable tie is a temporary answer to a permanent question - fixed runs need a bolted, lined clip.
The PCZR21BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 21mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M6 fixing hole (6.6mm). The standard TPE liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -30C to +60C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
Heavily zinc plated over mild steel with the plating applied after cutting, it is the everyday fixing for engine bays, chassis runs and workshop pipework in non-corrosive conditions; for persistently wet or salty duty the dimensionally identical stainless version is the straight swap. The standard liner's -30C to +60C rating covers general routing duty; where temperatures climb higher, the dimensionally identical high-temperature version takes over.
Also available - the high-temperature liner version (PCZH21BG); the 304 stainless version (PCSR21BG); the 19mm size (PCZR19BG); the 22mm size (PCZR22BG).

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 21mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 21mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request.
A. The standard TPE liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -30C to +60C.
A. The 304 stainless version suits wet, salty or corrosive environments; the zinc plated version (coated on all surfaces including cut edges) suits general indoor and light industrial use. Both are made to identical dimensions, so you can switch material without changing your mounting.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
A. Yes - the design brief covers pipes, hoses and cables alike. The liner cushions the sheath against chafe and vibration, which matters as much on an armoured cable or air line as on a coolant hose. Size by outside diameter.
