Vibration is the quiet killer of pipework and wiring - a rigid clip without a liner just moves the wear point.
Sized at 22mm closed diameter with a 10.8mm hole for an M10 bolt, the PEZH22BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
The M10 fixing is for the heaviest mounting points - zinc plated on all surfaces with the TPE160 liner as standard, it secures pipe and cable runs to structural steel and plant frames in non-corrosive conditions. Non-standard sizes and liner options are available from JCS on request where a run falls outside the catalogue sizes. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so outdoor runs do not degrade it.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PESH22BG); the 19mm size (PEZH19BG); the 25mm size (PEZH25BG).
