Outdoors, in washdown bays or anywhere salt and moisture linger, an ordinary plated clip corrodes and seizes long before the hose it holds fails.
Sized to adjust between 350-380mm, the HGS380BP carries the construction details Hi-Grip is specified for - rolled screw threads on a cold-headed, work-hardened hex head, fully rounded band edges, and a published tightening torque of 6.0 Nm (54 lb-in) for this size band. The range is made to exceed BS5315 and holds the BSI Kitemark and NATO approval.
Packed 5 to a box for stores and fleet use, the clip is 18/8 marine-quality 304 stainless in every part - band, housing and screw - so there is no plated component to corrode first. Lloyd's Register Type Approval covers marine, offshore and industrial duty; the same clips serve agricultural irrigation, washdown plant and drainage systems.
Also available - the 330-360mm size (HGS360BP); a zinc plated version in the same size and pack (HGZ380BP).

A. This size spans 350-380mm of fitted hose outside diameter. Measure the hose over its fitting, not the bare bore - anywhere inside 350-380mm and the HGS380BP is the right clip. One JCS size covers a span that would take two fixed nut-and-bolt clamps.
A. JCS recommends 6.0 Nm (54 lb-in) for this size. Position the clip centrally over the hose barb and tighten incrementally to that torque - over-tightening can damage the hose.
