This leaf carries the heart of the system and the plumbing that distributes it. On the heart side sit replacement compressor pumps, the three cylinder premier pump and the 3.5hp pump unit with flywheel among them, and the matching 3.5hp motor, the two big transplants that revive a compressor whose tank and frame are still sound, matched to the machine by model before anything is ordered.
The air main kits build the distribution. John Guest and SharkBite push fit systems come as complete drop kits: twelve metre two drop, eighteen metre three drop and thirty six metre five drop forms, each in 15mm and 28mm pipe sizes, so a workshop chooses by its length and outlet count and the kit arrives with the run in the box. The ring main ball valves and disconnect tools on the neighbouring leaf serve the same systems, so a main can be built, valved and repaired from two shelves.
The service layer keeps running gear alive: air filter elements for the intake side, the particulate and oil filtration system, reducing bushes and Y piece couplers, push in inlets for the 60 and 98 litre tanks, the ceramic sandblast nozzle, and the PCL push fit elbows for 10mm tube. PCL air tool service kits themselves, the APP and APT ranges by tool number, sit in the PCL section, reached by the number on the tool.
A compressor that pumps but never fills points back to the symptom answers on the section page, valves and gaskets before pumps, so the transplant is the confirmed cure rather than the first guess.
