Fitting or removing an oil seal without the correct tooling risks damaging the new seal or distorting the housing, leading to leaks and costly rework. The Sealey VS7002 Oil Seal Removal and Installation Kit provides a comprehensive solution for both tasks without causing damage. The kit includes a seal removal puller alongside seven adaptors covering sizes 28, 34, 42, 46, 49, 56, and 64mm to suit most common seal dimensions. Installation uses the original pulley or flange bolt to press the new seal in squarely, eliminating the risk of a cocked or partially seated seal. Bolt adaptors are provided in sizes 8 through 20mm (8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20mm) and spacers in heights of 10, 18, 22, and 27mm to accommodate varying depths. The full kit is supplied in a storage case to keep all components together and protected between uses.
