The Sealey BSL105 CVJ Boot Installer Tool is an air-powered solution designed to install CVJ boots in situ, with up to 70% labour saving costs. Suitable for cars, SUVs, 4x4s, and light commercial vehicles, it achieves a maximum pneumatic spread of 125mm to prevent boot splitting. For larger joints, the tool can be manually expanded up to a maximum of 155mm by pushing it over the joint. The composite lightweight body weighs just 2.22kg, featuring an ergonomic anti-fatigue design with anti-slip grip and hand guard/belt hook. A single 2-way air switch and airlock design allow the airline to be detached for safer, trip-free installation. Air inlet is 1/4" BSP with a maximum air pressure of 116psi (8bar). Made in the UK with a 3-year guarantee included.
