The blade is manufactured from SCVM steel, hardened, tempered and chemically blackened for durability and corrosion resistance. The T15 tip is precision-machined for an exact fit, reducing the risk of screw damage and cam-out during use. The 100mm blade length suits a range of access conditions in electrical installations and panel work. Designed as a spare or supplementary blade, it is compatible with all existing Draper Expert 965 interchangeable range screwdrivers, allowing the handle to be retained while swapping tip configurations as the job demands. The VDE-certified insulation is individually tested rather than batch-tested, providing consistent assurance across every blade supplied.
