When lifting loads safely matters, the Sealey LS2002 Load Sling delivers a reliable, weight-efficient solution that outperforms chain alternatives. Weight for weight, this strap is three to five times stronger than chains, while remaining lighter and easier to handle. Manufactured from 100% high-strength polyester with reinforced lifting eyes, the LS2002 has a straight configuration safe working load of 2,000kg and a U configuration safe working load of 4,000kg giving you flexibility depending on how the load is rigged. One key safety advantage over chains is early overload detection: if the sling is overloaded, fraying of the strap provides a visible warning before failure. The sling is colour-coded green in accordance with European standards for identifying sling capacity, and measures 2m in length. Safe working load ratings are quoted for a load between the loop eyes (U configuration) and a load at one end (straight configuration).
