The Sealey LS1003 is a 3m load sling with a 1,000kg straight configuration safe working load and a 2,000kg SWL in U configuration, manufactured from 100% high strength polyester with reinforced lifting eyes. Weight for weight, the strap is three to five times stronger than chain alternatives, while offering a key safety advantage: overload can be detected early by the fraying of the straps, giving you warning before failure occurs. The sling is colour-coded purple in accordance with European standards for identifying lifting sling capacity. Safe working load ratings are quoted for a load between the loop eyes in U configuration and a load at one end in straight configuration. For workshops, garages, and lifting applications where a reliable, weight-rated textile sling is required.
