The Draper Expert 61363 Wide Load Sling is manufactured from polyester webbing, 120mm wide, and features reinforced lifting eyes for secure load engagement. Its 120mm width distributes load force across a broader contact area, reducing the risk of damage to delicate or wide-profile loads during lifting operations. The sling offers two safe working load ratings depending on the configuration used. In a straight configuration with the load at one end, the safe working load (SWL) is 4,000 kg. When rigged in a 'U' configuration with the load suspended between the loop eyes, the SWL increases to 8,000 kg. Both ratings are clearly supported by the sling's colour coding, which conforms to European standards for capacity identification, allowing for immediate visual verification on the workshop floor or site. Manufactured to BS EN1492, this sling meets the requirements of the applicable British and European standard for textile lifting slings, providing confidence in regulated working environments. The sling is supplied shrink wrapped for security. Contents: 1 x Wide Load Sling, 5m x 120mm, 4 Tonne.
