The sling carries a safe working load (SWL) of 2,000 kg in a straight configuration, where the load is applied at one end, and 4,000 kg in a 'U' configuration, where the load is suspended between the two loop eyes. The sling is colour coded to European standards, enabling rapid visual identification of capacity and reducing the risk of mismatched lifting equipment on site. Manufactured to BS EN1492, the sling meets the recognised European standard for textile lifting slings, providing assurance of construction quality and rated performance.
