The Draper 61347 Wide Load Sling is manufactured to BS EN1492 and constructed from polyester webbing 120mm wide, with reinforced lifting eyes designed to maintain integrity under significant working loads. The sling offers two working configurations to suit different rigging requirements. In a straight configuration, with the load suspended at one end, the safe working load (SWL) is rated at 4000kg. In the 'U' configuration, where the load is cradled between the loop eyes, the SWL rises to 8000kg. Colour coding conforms to European standards, allowing operatives to identify load capacity instantly and without ambiguity — a critical consideration in busy workshop and site environments. Each sling measures 3 metres in length and 120mm in width, making it well suited to wide or irregularly shaped loads where a narrow sling could cause damage or instability. The sling is supplied shrink wrapped for security and is display packed. It is sold individually, with one Wide Load Sling included per pack.
