The Sealey SG500KIT solves this with a complete, self-contained lifting kit combining a freestanding portable gantry crane, a plain trolley, and a chain block everything needed to lift up to 500kg safely and efficiently in a single package. The gantry (SG500) is height adjustable from 2400mm to 3600mm in 100mm increments when unladen, making it suitable for a wide range of working environments. The included PT500 plain trolley is rated to 500kg and mounts directly to the gantry beam, while the CB500 chain block also rated to 500kg with a 2.5m lift features a mechanical load brake for safe and controlled lifting. Ideal for maintenance, manufacturing, repairs, and material-handling tasks in workshops where a portable, freestanding solution is essential. Note: the gantry frame must not be moved while loaded. This item is heavy extra assistance must be provided at the point of delivery.
