The single-piston hydraulic pump enables rapid lifting with minimal operator effort, making light work of extracting an engine from its bay. Twin overload valves are fitted as standard to prevent the crane from being operated beyond its rated capacity, providing an essential safety safeguard during heavy lifting operations. Four pre-set jib positions allow the operator to balance reach against load. At position 1, the jib extends to a maximum of 638mm with a maximum height of 2,250mm and a capacity of 2,000kg. Position 2 offers a 458mm jib length and 1,500kg capacity. Position 3 reduces to 278mm reach with a 1,000kg rating, while the fully extended position 4 reaches 98mm with a maximum capacity of 500kg at a height of 1,800mm. Six robust castor wheels allow safe movement of the loaded crane around the workshop floor. The outrigger legs fold flat for compact storage or transportation, reducing the footprint to folded dimensions of H 1,305 x L 500 x W 611mm.
