The SIP 09890 WINNTEC® 24 Tonne Air Service Jack is designed to deliver powerful, heavy-duty lifting performance across a range of larger and heavier vehicles that demand a versatile and reliable lifting solution. Hydraulically assisted operation raises loads from a minimum height of 141mm to a maximum of 441mm, making it well suited to the demands of professional workshop environments.
The jack features a one-stage hydraulic lifting system that simplifies operation for the user, while built-in dead man's controls provide reliable safety throughout every lifting application. The heavy-duty hard chromed piston and main ram contribute to the durability expected of the WINNTEC® range, and the wheel-mounted design combined with a 1240mm handle allows straightforward repositioning around the workshop floor.
Three supplied extensions — 20mm, 50mm and 100mm — together with an 85mm screw extension give operators a broad range of contact-point adjustments to accommodate different vehicle undercarriage configurations. Air consumption is rated at 10.6 CFM (300 litres per minute), and the jack ships as a single-stage unit. Overall dimensions are 525mm in length, 265mm in width and 215mm at base height, confirming a compact footprint relative to its 24-tonne capacity.
The WINNTEC® 24 Tonne Air Service Jack is backed by a WINNTEC from SIP 3-Year Warranty. The product is of quality European design.
