The Sealey TRMK Thread Repair Master Kit provides a professional solution, creating a stronger internal thread in soft metals and protecting tapped threads against wear and damage going forward. The kit covers five of the most common thread sizes: M5 x 0.8mm, M6 x 1mm, M8 x 1.25mm, M10 x 1.5mm, and M12 x 1.75mm. It includes drill bits, thread taps, stainless steel thread inserts, and both insert installation and lug breaking tools everything needed to carry out a complete thread repair. Thread insert quantities are M5 x 4.5mm (x25), M6 x 5.5mm (x25), M8 x 8mm (x25), M10 x 10mm (x25), and M12 x 11mm (x10). The entire kit is supplied in a metal storage case for organised, protected storage. Replacement inserts are available separately under part numbers TRM5R, TRM6R, TRM8R, TRM10R, and TRM12R.
