The Sealey RW8180KIT is a wireless winch combo kit built around the RW8180, a heavy-duty 12V recovery winch rated at 8,180kg (18,000lb) line pull. At its heart is a 2.3kW 12V DC series wound motor paired with a 516:1 gear ratio 4-stage planetary gearbox using oversized components for greater torque, plus an automatic in-drum brake. The wireless remote control features a 4-pin plug-and-play receiver compatible with all makes of winch, letting the operator stand well clear or remain in the cab during operation. The winch is supplied with a 13mm x 25m wire rope (part RW8180.WR), latched hook, 4-way roller fairlead for smooth and even cable distribution onto the drum, and a plug-in handheld controller as standard. Weather-sealed solenoids and an ergonomic lift-and-turn free spool clutch complete the package. No-load current draw is 95A; maximum load current draw is 420A. Line speed is 3.5m/min at no load and 0.8m/min at maximum load. Weighs 69kg. Supplied with a 3-year guarantee. Ideal for flatbed pick-up trucks and other recovery vehicles.
