Workshop tyre inflation demands both speed and accountability. The PCL QUBE9B is the Bluetooth-enabled variant of the ACCURA QUBE tyre inflator, operating on 230V with an EU plug, and designed to connect to the PCL Workshop Connect App for managed inflation workflows in professional workshop, tyre shop and garage environments. The ACCURA QUBE delivers fast, accurate inflation and deflation via a ceramic sensor with an accuracy of ±0.5% of full-scale reading, and is supplied with a calibration certificate as standard. The pre-set function allows operators to step away from the tyre during the inflation or deflation process. The Bluetooth module extends the operating range to 15 metres, enabling the operator to remain at a safe distance during inflation — a feature of particular value during HGV roadside tyre maintenance where tyre failure under pressure is a recognised hazard. The PCL Workshop Connect App, available free to QUBE9B users, provides quick input of vehicle information, PDF output recording before and after tyre pressures, CSV export for building a client data history, flat or damaged tyre and over-inflation notifications, and security-enabled device pairing. The unit accepts a maximum inlet pressure of 218 psi / 15 bar, delivers a flow rate of 2,500 l/min at 10 bar supply, operates across a temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, and connects via a Euro clip-on tyre valve. Hose length is 5 m / 16 ft. The unit can function as a standalone solution or be retro-fitted around existing workshop equipment. The QUBE9B is manufactured in Sheffield by PCL, part of HORNGROUP, with Sheffield UK manufacture dating to 1938.
