Keeping tyre pressures accurate across a fleet or workshop requires a reliable, consistent inflation tool. The PCL QUBE6 is the 12V, no-plug variant of the ACCURA QUBE digital tyre inflator, designed for installation in mobile tyre applications and workshop environments where a pre-wired 12V supply is available. The ACCURA QUBE operates on a set-and-leave principle: the technician pre-sets the required target pressure, places the Euro clip-on connector on the tyre valve, and the unit handles the rest — stopping automatically with audible and visual alerts, including an integrated completion light, once the target pressure is reached. Three inflation modes are supported: Standard, Tyreshop (OPS) and Nitrogen (N2P), making the QUBE6 suitable for conventional air inflation and nitrogen tyre inflation alike. The unit delivers a maximum working pressure of 174 psi / 12 bar, accepts a maximum inlet pressure of 218 psi / 15 bar, and operates across a temperature range of -20°C to 70°C. Display resolution is 1 psi / 0.1 bar with an accuracy of +/- 0.08 bar. Flow rate is 2,500 l/min at 10 bar supply. A 5 m / 16 ft hose with Euro clip-on tyre valve connection is specified for the QUBE series. The digital display provides a clear pressure readout throughout the inflation cycle. The ACCURA QUBE range is available in 12V, 24V, 110V and 230V variants with moulded plugs for UK, EU and US installations. The QUBE6 is the 12V no-plug version; other voltage and plug configurations are available — refer to the associated QUBE SKUs on the product listing for the full range. Certified models for Germany (PTB) are available within the range, and custom branding options are offered (minimum order quantities may apply).
