Tyre valves in awkward positions slow down service bay work. The PCL P10H02 AutoPortair Mobile Tyre Inflator is a compact, self-contained unit with a 6 litre compressed air tank and 10 bar maximum inflation pressure, designed for service bays, garages, car showrooms, emergency vehicles, and workshops where space is tight and access is limited.
The inflator features a large 160 mm dial displaying readings in both bar and psi (0–10 bar / 0–140 psi) with a display resolution of 0.1 bar / 2 psi, protected by a clear impact-resistant toughened glass cover. The outer casing is powder coated for a hard, durable finish, and a grey protective cover adds further resilience. An easily detachable 1.25 metre hose terminates in an angled twin hold-on connector to reach hard-to-access tyre valves. Maximum inlet pressure is 174 psi / 12 bar.
The P10H02 is PTB type approved and designed to support high-demand environments such as petrol stations. Spare parts are readily available to minimise downtime. PCL manufacture from Sheffield, UK, with a heritage dating to 1938, and the AutoPortair is part of the HORNGROUP portfolio.
