Worn or inaccurate tyre inflators slow workshop throughput and compromise safety. The PCL AFG4H06 is a 2.7 m (9 ft) tyreshop-grade AIRFORCE® MK4 linear tyre inflator fitted with a twin clip-on tyre valve connector, designed for high-cycle professional tyre bay use. The AIRFORCE® MK4 features a biomorphic, ergonomic body weighing 923 g, a larger viewing window offering 20% greater field of view, and a simplified two-stage valve mechanism. PCL's two-stage valve design allows the user to deflate without pushing against full line pressure, reducing operator fatigue during repetitive work. An improved piston and seal design reduces internal drag and friction, preventing corrosion, sticking, and accuracy skew over the product's service life. The AFG4H06 is calibrated 0–138 psi / 0–9.6 bar with a display resolution of 2 psi / 0.1 bar, and accepts a maximum inlet pressure of 200 psi / 13.8 bar. The Rp 1/4 inlet/outlet connection is standard workshop fit. Flow rate is 500 l/min at 13 bar supply, and the unit operates across a temperature range of -10°C to 60°C. Accuracy is tested to over 400,000 cycles and is compliant with BS EN 12645:2014. The AFG4H06 is part of the AIRFORCE® MK4 linear inflator range.
