The PCL AFG1H08 is an Airforce II analogue tyre inflator with a calibrated dial gauge reading 0–170 psi and 0–12 bar, fitted with a 1.8 m (6 ft) hose and a Euro clip-on tyre valve connector — manufactured in Sheffield since 1938 and individually tested before despatch. The dial display gives a resolution of 2 psi / 0.1 bar, with accuracy certified to BS EN 12645-2014. The inlet and outlet connection is Rp 1/4, and the maximum inlet pressure is 218 psi / 15 bar. Flow rate is 500 l/min at 13 bar supply pressure, supporting productive inflation in busy workshop environments. The operating temperature range is −20 °C to 60 °C, making it suitable for both indoor workshop use and outdoor conditions. The 1.8 m hose and Euro clip-on connector are suited to car, van and light commercial tyre inflation work where a standard Euro-fit valve is in use.
