The SIP 03851 is a 1 Tonne Gantry Crane Beam Trolley — a heavy-duty push-pull trolley designed to work alongside the SIP 1 Tonne Mobile Gantry Crane Frame and SIP Chain Block to provide a complete lifting and support solution in garages and workshops.
Constructed for professional-grade manual lifting demands, the trolley is compatible with 'I' section and RSJ beam types across a wide range of sizes. Four heavy-duty bearing-mounted wheels ensure smooth, reliable travel along the beam, whilst integrated wheel guards provide positive protection — a feature of particular importance when two or more trolleys are deployed simultaneously on the same gantry frame.
The trolley accepts 'I' beams with a flange width between 64 mm and 140 mm, accommodating standard beam profiles from 125 mm x 75 mm x 5.5 mm up to 250 mm x 125 mm x 7.5 mm. The rated safe working load is 1 tonne. Designated compatible with item 03849 (the SIP 1 Tonne Mobile Gantry Crane Frame), it is well suited to automotive maintenance and repair, vehicle servicing, material handling, and general manufacturing tasks across garage and workshop environments.
