The Draper HI-TORQ® Metric Stubby Flexible Head Ratchet Combination Spanner Set (27982) addresses this directly with a 180° flex head ring end and a 90-tooth ratchet mechanism that allows 4° of movement per click, making it possible to work effectively where a standard spanner cannot be seated or swung freely. Each spanner is forged from chrome vanadium steel that has been hardened, tempered, fully polished and mirror chrome plated, providing robust corrosion protection suited to regular workshop use. The open end is offset at 15°, reducing knuckle clearance issues on open fasteners. The 12-point HI-TORQ® ring profile transfers torque to the flats of the fastener rather than its corners, maximising leverage and reducing the risk of slipping or fastener damage under load. This eight-piece set covers the popular metric sizes of 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17 and 19mm, and is supplied in a Tetron wallet for organised storage and transport.
