The Draper Expert HI-TORQ® double ring ratchet spanner in 14 x 16mm combines an S-shape profile with a 100-tooth ratchet mechanism to deliver precise, efficient movement where clearance is restricted. The S-shape allows the user to reach around obstacles with ease, whilst the ratchet action requires only 3.6° of arc to advance the fastener — a critical advantage when working space is limited. Both ring ends feature 12-point HI-TORQ® geometry, which is the defining characteristic of this spanner. Rather than bearing on the corners of a fastener, HI-TORQ® ring ends grip the flats, distributing load across a greater surface area. This transmits more torque to the nut or bolt whilst reducing the risk of rounding fastener corners — particularly valuable when working with tight or corroded fixings. The spanner is manufactured from hardened and tempered chrome vanadium steel for strength and durability, with a mirror chrome plate finish applied for corrosion protection. This 14 x 16mm size is also available individually or as part of a five-piece set supplied in a wallet or roll.
