The extended reach of the long-pattern design gives added leverage without sacrificing control, making these spanners well suited to engine bays, chassis work, and bench applications where standard-length tools fall short. Each spanner is forged from chrome vanadium steel, then hardened, tempered, and chrome plated to provide corrosion protection throughout the working life of the tool. The jaws feature accurate face openings offset at 15 degrees, allowing the tool to be flipped between strokes when working in restricted spaces and ensuring consistent engagement with fastener flats. The set is manufactured to DIN 3110, ISO 3318, and ISO 1085 specifications, confirming dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance to recognised industry standards. Six double-ended spanners cover the metric range from 6 mm through to 17 mm: 6 x 7, 8 x 9, 10 x 11, 12 x 13, 14 x 15, and 16 x 17 mm, giving twelve sizes in total from six pieces. The complete set is supplied in a storage wallet to keep the spanners organised and protected between uses.
