The Draper 35197 HI-TORQ® Short Pattern Metric Combination Spanner in 15mm is forged from chrome vanadium steel, then hardened, tempered, fully polished, and chrome plated to provide corrosion protection in demanding workshop and field environments. The polished Draper HI-TORQ® ring end is offset at 15°, allowing the user to maintain leverage while keeping knuckles clear of surrounding surfaces. The open jaw is likewise offset at 15°, giving a consistent working angle whether the spanner is used in access-restricted locations or on an open bench. Manufactured generally in accordance with DIN 3113 specifications, the spanner meets recognised dimensional and performance standards for combination spanners. Supplied as a single 15mm spanner, it is well suited to professional vehicle maintenance, engineering, and general workshop use where a short-pattern tool is required.
