The Draper 35013 Expert combination spanner is forged from chrome vanadium steel, then hardened, tempered, and chrome plated to deliver lasting corrosion protection in demanding workshop environments. The polished Draper HI-TORQ® ring end is offset at 15°, providing knuckle clearance in confined spaces and allowing greater force to be applied with reduced risk of rounding fastener heads. The open jaw is likewise set at 15° to complement the ring end geometry and maintain a consistent working angle across both ends of the spanner. The 17mm size makes it suitable for a wide range of common metric fasteners encountered in automotive and general workshop applications. Manufactured generally in accordance with DIN 3113 specifications, the Draper 35013 meets recognised dimensional and performance standards for combination spanners. Draper HI-TORQ® is a registered trademark of Draper Tools Ltd. The set includes one 17mm combination spanner.
