Each spanner in the seven-piece set is manufactured from hardened and tempered chrome vanadium steel and finished with black electroplating for corrosion protection, ensuring long service life in demanding workshop environments. The 100-tooth ratchet mechanism delivers 3.6° of movement per stroke, allowing effective operation where swing arc is severely restricted. The open end is set at 15° to further maximise clearance in tight working areas. At the ring end, the 12-point HI-TORQ® profile grips the flats of the fastener rather than the corners, transmitting more torque to the nut or bolt and spreading the load across the flats to prevent corner rounding and fastener damage. The set covers seven metric sizes — 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 17 and 19 mm — with corresponding spanner lengths of 134, 158, 167, 177, 189, 224 and 246 mm respectively, providing a practical range for automotive and general workshop tasks. Every spanner is supplied in a dedicated storage and carry rack, keeping the set organised and ready for use.
