Each bit in this pack of five is manufactured from S2 steel, correctly hardened and tempered for durability and long service life. A shock-absorbing torsion design is integral to each bit, increasing torque performance during impact driving and reducing the stress transmitted along the bit body. Precision ground tips are matched to the T40 TX-STAR® profile, preventing cam-out and protecting fastener heads from damage during use. The 1/4" hex shank features a blackened finish with a shot blast surface treatment, and highly visible laser-etched size markings are applied directly to the shank for rapid identification in a busy workshop environment. Each bit measures 50mm in length and is specifically designed for use with an impact driver.
