Tested to 10,000V, these pliers are certified for use on live circuits of 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC, meeting the VDE insulation standard required for professional electrical work. The handle incorporates a tethered fixing solution to comply with Work at Height Regulations, making these pliers suitable for elevated working environments. A compatible lanyard (Stock No. 82474) and wrist strap (Stock No. 03740) are available separately to complete the tethering arrangement. Maximum cutting capacity is 1.8mm.
