Cutting flexible hoses and plastic conduit pipes demands a dedicated tool that delivers clean, controlled cuts without distortion or crushing. The KNIPEX 90 20 185 SB PlastiCut® cutter is purpose-built for this task, handling thin-walled plastic and rubber pipes, flexible hoses, and fabric-reinforced hoses up to 25 mm (1 inch) exterior diameter. The tool is constructed with handles of tough fibreglass-reinforced plastic, while the cutting blade is manufactured from high-strength special grade steel that is oil-hardened and tempered for long-lasting edge retention. An opening spring keeps the handles extended for one-handed operation, and a locking lever secures the tool safely when not in use. The blade is exchangeable, and spare blades are available separately, extending the working life of the tool. Note that this cutter is not suitable for cutting cables. Supplied as a single unit, display packed. Overall length is 185 mm.
