The KNIPEX 74 02 200 High Leverage Diagonal Cutter is manufactured from chrome vanadium electric steel, oil hardened and tempered throughout, and conforms to DIN ISO 5749 specifications. The cutting edges are smoothly ground and separately induction hardened to 64HRC making this cutter well suited to piano wire and medium hard wires. Rather than a conventional centre rivet the tool uses a forged-on pivot that delivers extra leverage for each cut — a meaningful advantage when working with harder wire gauges over extended periods. Heavy duty moulded handles incorporate slip guards for enhanced comfort and operator safety. The tool is supplied display packed and includes one KNIPEX 74 02 200 High Leverage Diagonal Side Cutter with comfort grip handles at 200mm overall length.
