The Sealey AK8536 multi-grip pliers solve that with a self-adjusting mechanism: the jaws automatically size themselves to the workpiece as the handles close, allowing single-handed operation on hex, square and round profiles up to a 60mm maximum jaw capacity. Construction is chrome vanadium steel with a phosphate finish for corrosion resistance and a comfortable bare-metal grip. Jaws are configured with both straight and V-type gripping surfaces so the pliers hold hex nuts, square stock and pipes equally well. 250mm overall length. Part of the Sealey Premier Hand Tools range - daily professional use specification. A 200mm version (AK8535) is available for smaller fixings.
