The KNIPEX 81 11 250 SB Siphon and Connector Pliers are engineered specifically for tightening and loosening siphon screw connections, plastic pipe fittings and round union nuts, as well as connectors and couplings with screw connections such as Cannon circular connectors. The tool also enables gentle loosening of hoses on nozzles and filter cartridges, and is suited to work on oil filters and plastic pipes up to 75 mm diameter. The jaw assembly uses changeable two-component plastic inserts: a hard carrier component in red provides structural rigidity, while a soft adhesive component in blue ensures optimum grip on clean, oil-free and fat-free surfaces. These exchangeable plastic jaws protect sensitive surfaces throughout the working range of 10–75 mm diameter. The 25-way adjustable box joint allows fine adjustment to diverse diameters, giving the operator precise control across the full capacity range. The tool measures 250 mm overall and features ergonomic handle geometry for sustained comfort during repeated use. The 25-way adjustment, replaceable jaw inserts and wide working capacity make this a versatile addition to any professional workshop or facilities maintenance kit.
