The cutting blades are manufactured from SK5 high carbon steel, hardened, tempered and polished to deliver consistent edge retention and cutting performance across repeated use. This grade of steel is well suited to the hardness of wire rope and spring wire, resisting deformation at the cutting edge. The 190mm tool features spring-loaded handles that return the cutter to the open position automatically after each cut, reducing hand fatigue during repetitive work. Vinyl grips provide a secure, comfortable hold, and a safety lock keeps the jaws closed when the tool is not in use, making it safe to store and carry. The tool is supplied display packed.
